A ressignificação da tarefa dos policiais legislativos 10 anos após a mudança na legislação da atividade

Abstract

O presente trabalho teve como objetivo estudar a organização do trabalho da Polícia Legislativa sob a ótica da Psicodinâmica do Trabalho, analisar as vivências de prazer e de sofrimento e observar se houve ressignificação do trabalho após 10 anos da mudança de legislação da atividade do grupo de servidores ocupantes do cargo de agente de polícia legislativa. A fim de responder os questionamentos da pesquisa, foi utilizada a coleta de dados através da entrevista coletiva semiestruturada, com nove policiais voluntários antigos e recém-empossados, separados em dois grupos. Os resultados obtidos são relacionados à organização do trabalho antes e depois da mudança na legislação, às vivências de prazer e sofrimento no exercício da atividade e à ressignificação do trabalho neste contexto e foram analisados pela Análise de Conteúdo Categorial Dedutiva. Pode-se dizer que houve ressignificação e sentimento de valorização pelos trabalhadores passados 10 anos da mudança de Coordenação de Polícia Legislativa — COSEL — para Departamento de Polícia Legislativa — DEPOL. Depreende-se também das entrevistas que ainda há sentimento de falta de reconhecimento da atividade pelos colegas que não são policiais, pela administração e pela sociedade em relação ao trabalho desses policiais e também interferência política na administração daquele Departamento. ________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT

The present work had as a goal study the organization of work of the legislative policeman beneath the view of the psychodynamics of work, analyze the experiences of pleasuring-suffering and observe if it had a reframing of the work after 10 years of change in law of the activity of the group of workers that occupies the place of legislative policeman. In order to answer the research questions, data collection was carried out by semi-structered opened interviews, with nine experienced and recents legislative policeman, separated in 2 groups. The achieved results talks about the work organization before and after the change in law, the experiences of suffering-pleasere in the exercise of the activity and because of the reframing of work in that context and were analyzed by the analysis of content categorical deductive. It may be said that had a reframe in the felling of valorization by the workers after 10 years of change in the Legislative Police Coordination for the the Legislative Police Departament. By the interview it may be understood that there is an feeling of lack of knowledge of the work by the colleagues that aren't policeman , by the administration, and also by the society in relation to the work of these policeman and also political interference in the administration of that Department.
