Transversalidade : uma proposta de atuação do professor P.A.A. junto ao ensino médio

Abstract

Apesar da grande luta por parte dos professores e gestores, o sistema educacional estadual vem encontrando grandes dificuldades para melhorar sua qualidade e eficiência, a falta de incentivo e os baixos salários têm feito uma parcela de professores a optar pela saída da licenciatura, deixando exposto o déficit de professores na rede estadual de educação do estado de São Paulo. Porém, as necessidades existentes para se acertar a educação paulista não são muito distintas daquelas que envolvem o país como um todo: além da valorização do professor, desenvolver as habilidades necessária aos alunos além de tentar mantê-los incentivados a serem realmente protagonistas do seu próprio conhecimento, ou seja, entender o que efetivamente querem e o que estão fazendo na escola, é um grande desafio. Em “Transversalidade: uma proposta de atuação do professor PAA junto ao ensino médio”, procura-se evidenciar o trabalho do professor PAA (Professor de Apoio a Aprendizagem) de geografia do Estado de São Paulo, que é uma nova proposta do Governo para a falta de professores, mostrando as possibilidades do professor ao trabalhar com a turma do 3ºano do Ensino Médio. Esse trabalho trata desde o inicio da arte de ensinar e aprender, perpassando portanto a história da disciplina geografia ao longo dos tempos, desde os grandes pensadores da antiguidade até os dias de hoje, apresenta também a origem e a introdução dos temas transversais na educação e a suas agregações quando trabalhada através da transdisciplinaridade, ou seja, a utilização de recursos e temas que façam com que os alunos possam ter outra visão sobre a educação. Ao final e por meio do trabalho transdisciplinar , pode se afirmar que existe um interesse maior por parte dos alunos no aprendizado e que esse interesse pode fazer a diferença para a maioria deles, diferença essa, trabalhada na pesquisa que aponta a melhora dos alunos em disciplinas como português e matemática, nesse momento chave, às beiras do vestibular. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT

Despite the great struggle on the part of teachers and administrators, the state educational system has faced great difficulties to improve their quality and efficiency, the lack of incentives and low wages have made a portion of teachers to opt out of undergraduate, exposing the shortage of teachers in the state system of education in the state of São Paulo. However, existing needs to hit the Paulista education are not very different from those involving the country as a whole, beyond the appreciation of teachers, develop the skills necessary for students beyond trying to keep them encouraged to be real players in their own knowledge, ie, understand what actually want and what they are doing in school is a challenge. On "Mainstreaming: a proposal for teacher performance PAA with the high school," we seek to highlight the work of the EAP Teacher (Teacher of Support for Learning) geography of the state of São Paulo, which is a new proposal of the Government to shortage of teachers, showing the possibilities of the teacher to work with the class of 3rd year of high school. This work comes from the beginning of the art of teaching and learning, thus bypassing the history of the discipline of geography over time, from the great thinkers of antiquity to the present day, also features the origin and the introduction of cross-cutting themes in education and their aggregations when crafted by transdisciplinarity, ie, the use of resources and topics that make students may have another view on education. And by the end of transdisciplinary work, it can be stated that there is an increased interest by students in learning and that this interest can make a difference to most of them, this difference, worked on research that points the improvement of students in courses as Portuguese and mathematics, this key moment, the borders of the vestibular.
