Violência e ficha de notificação : o que nós, profissionais de saúde, temos a ver com isso?

Abstract

O presente trabalho visa iniciar uma discussão acerca da importância do envolvimento dos diversos profissionais de saúde da regional do Guará com o ato notificatório diante de toda e qualquer situação de violência a partir de uma abordagem quantitativa dos registros das notificações no ano de 2014 e 2013 do PAV/PRIMAVERA/SES-DF, bem como de uma análise documental de legislações, manuais para atendimento à vítima de violência na rede de saúde pública do DF, textos com referências biográficas e publicações que fazem análises sobre o tema em questão. A identificação e a notificação da violência constituem o início, o primeiro passo rumo ao cuidado com o sujeito que sofreu a violência, sendo, portanto, uma possibilidade de prevenção e enfrentamento à violência. Ressalta-se, ainda, que a partir da ficha de notificação é possível um dimensionamento do aspecto epidemiológico do problema que contribui para uma atuação mais específica e os devidos encaminhamentos do caso. Para tanto, é imprescindível o envolvimento dos diversos profissionais com o ato notificatório da situação de violência, bem como o conhecimento das implicações legais e éticas a que estão sujeitos. Esse estudo perpassa também pela definição de violência, os tipos de violência passíveis de notificação e o fluxograma na rede de atendimento delineado a partir do preenchimento da ficha. Conclui-se que é dever do profissional de saúde notificar a situação de violência, podendo inclusive responder por omissão e que tal comportamento deve ser insistentemente cobrado dos profissionais, pois um atendimento acolhedor inicia-se com o ato notificatório e pode oportunizar a vítima a reelaboração do trauma vivenciado. ________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT

The present study aims to initiate a discussion about the importance of the involvement of various health professionals Regional Guará with notification act before any situation of violence from a quantitative analysis of the records of notifications in 2014 and 2013 EPI / spring / SES-DF, as well as a desk review of legislation, manuals for assistance to victims of violence in the public health system of the Federal District, text with biographical references and publications that make analysis on the topic. The identification and notification of violence are the beginning, the first step to care for the person who suffered violence, and therefore a possibility of preventing and combating violence. It should be noted, though, from the notification form can be a sizing of the epidemiological aspect of the problem that contributes to a more specific activity and proper case referrals. Therefore, it is essential the involvement of different professionals with the notification act of violence, as well as knowledge of the legal and ethical implications are subject, emphasizing the importance of involving everyone with this process. This study also permeates the definition of violence, types of violence notifiable and the flowchart in the delineated service network from the record fill. It follows that it is the duty of health professionals to notify the violence can even be charged by default and that such behavior should be strongly charged of professionals as a welcoming service begins with the notification act and can create opportunities for victim to reformulate the trauma experienced.
