O apoio matricial em saúde mental na atenção básica

Abstract

O Apoio Matricial em Saúde Mental é um serviço estratégico que coordena as ações de saúde mental em um território por meio da articulação entre a Atenção Básica e a atenção especializada em Saúde mental. Neste trabalho, realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica a fim de se verificar a importância da implantação do matriciamento em saúde mental como ferramenta para se potencializar a integralidade do atendimento no SUS. A metodologia utilizada foi a Pesquisa Exploratória, que consistiu na busca de artigos do banco de dados Scielo e documentos elaborados pelo Ministério da Saúde, que falassem da relação existente entre Atenção Básica e Saúde Mental, por meio do serviço de Apoio Matricial. Foram selecionados 13 artigos, 01 cartilha e 03 documentos oficiais do Ministério da Saúde. Os resultados mostraram que o Apoio Matricial em saúde mental permite a atenção integral à saúde, aumenta a resolutibilidade das ações da Atenção Básica e contribui para a consolidação da Reforma Psiquiátrica Brasileira. Mostraram também que este serviço tem sido implantado de forma desigual no país, assim como o Estratégia Saúde da Família e o próprio SUS, e apontam as dificuldades encontradas tanto para a implantação quanto para a execução do Apoio Matricial em Saúde Mental. Conclui-se que a efetivação do princípio da integralidade no cuidado à saúde é um desafio e sugere mais estudos na área. ________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT

Matrix Support on Mental Health is a strategic service that coordinates mental health actions in a territory through the articulation between Basic Care and Specialized Care in Mental Health. In this paper, a bibliographical research was carried out in order to verify the importance of deploying matrix support in mental health as a tool to enhance the completeness of care in the SUS. The methodology used was the Exploratory Research, which consisted in finding articles of Scielo database and documents drawn up by the Ministry of Health, about the relationship between Primary Care and Mental Health through the Matrix Support service. 13 articles, 01hornbook and 03 official documents of the Ministry of Health were selected. The results showed that the Matrix on Mental Health Support allows the integral attention to health, increases the solvability of basic care and contributes to the consolidation of the psychiatric reform in Brazil. They have also shown that this service has been deployed unevenly in the country as well as the Family Health Strategy and the SUS itself, and pointed out the difficulties for both the deployment and for the implementation of the Matrix Support in Mental Health. Concludes that the effectiveness of the principle of completeness in health care is a challenge and suggests more studies in the area.
