A atuação do CAPS III Samambaia no HSVP

Abstract

Esse trabalho tem o intuito de demonstrar os resultados positivos de uma parceria institucional entre o CAPS III Samambaia e o HSVP, por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, refletir sobre a importância dessa parceria e com gráficos mostrar os resultados quantitativos. Em decorrência dessa parceria institucional em que o CAPS adentra no HSVP com o intuito de monitorar os pacientes que lá estão até sua inserção no CAPS, podemos perceber na prática um número expressivo de pacientes que passaram a ter continuidade no seu tratamento em um serviço substitutivo e que por isso evitaram a reinternação e ainda não procuram mais o HSVP como referência para o seu tratamento, como, consultas, troca de receitas e medicamentos. No primeiro capítulo, haverá um breve histórico acerca da reforma psiquiátrica, o cenário brasileiro, a criação dos serviços substitutivos e a organização da saúde mental no DF; no segundo haverá uma apresentação das duas instituições envolvidas no processo, bem como a diferença em relação aos modelos de atendimento dessas; no terceiro, como se deu o processo de parceria entre as duas instituições, e por último os resultados obtidos. ________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT

This work has intention to demonstrate to the positive results of an institutional partnership between the CAPS III Samambaia and the HSVP, by means of a bibliographical research, to reflect on the importance of this partnership and with graphs to show the quantitative results. In result of this institutional partnership where the CAPS enter in the HSVP with intention to monitor the patients who are there until its insertion in the CAPS, we can perceive in practical a expressive number of patients that had started to have continuity of its treatment in a service substitute and that therefore they had prevented the revolving door and not yet they look more the HSVP as reference for its treatment, as, prescription consultations, exchange and medicines. In the first chapter, it will have a historical briefing concerning the psychiatric reform, the Brazilian scene, the creation of the services substitutes and the organization of the mental health in the DF; in as it will have a presentation of the two involved institutions in the process, as well as the difference in relation to the models of attendance of these; in the third, as the process of partnership between the two institutions was given, and finally gotten results.
