| Resumo: | Introdução: Este trabalho apresenta uma análise sobre a produção e representatividade dos coletivos artístico-culturais no território de Ceilândia-DF para a vida e a formação cultural dos jovens que frequentam estes. Com as problemáticas enfrentadas pelos jovens, residentes nesse território, existe uma carência de espaços públicos e serviços de referências, do qual, esses coletivos surgem como alternativa para as demandas que emergem da situação de vulnerabilidade. Tornando necessidade de se criar ações que estejam diretamente vinculadas a este público. Objetivo: Compreender a partir dos discursos dos gestores, os coletivos artístico-culturais de Ceilândia-DF. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma abordagem qualitativa que possui uma filiação teórico-metodológica com a Terapia Ocupacional Social. Utiliza-se um roteiro semi-estruturado com os gestores que participam ativamente dos coletivos artístico-culturais de Ceilândia-DF. Resultados / Discussão: Existe uma dificuldade na estruturação, no financiamento e no reconhecimento desses espaços públicos. A parceria entre os coletivos artístico-culturais é notória, desde o compartilhamento de ambiente físico até a troca de experiências. Conclusão: A Ceilândia-DF é um território grande e possui uma enorme representatividade artística e cultural em âmbitos locais e nacional, isso nos faz pensar no quanto este cenário pode ser exportado para outros lugares. Identifica-se que a cultura de periferia está presente e resistente entre os coletivos artístico-culturais. Os coletivos possuem diversas características em comum que perpassam e compartilham da cultura do rap. Apresentam a proposta de contribuir e incentivar o conhecimento pela luta pelos direitos dos jovens, além de oferecer maiores oportunidades, autonomia e respeito através da produção de arte e cultura. |
| Abstract: | Introduction: This work presents an analysis about the production and representativeness of the artistic-cultural collectives in the territory of Ceilândia-DF for the life and cultural formation of the young people who attend these. With the problems faced by young people living in this territory, there is a lack of public spaces and referral services, of which, these collectives arise as an alternative to the demands that emerge from the situation of vulnerability. Making it necessary to create actions that are directly linked to this public. Objective: To understand from the discourses of the managers, the artistic-cultural collectives of Ceilândia-DF. Methodology: This is a qualitative approach that has a theoretical-methodological affiliation with Occupational Social Therapy. A semi-structured script is used with the managers who actively participate in the artistic-cultural collectives of Ceilândia-DF. Results / Discussion: There is a difficulty in structuring, financing and recognizing these public spaces. The partnership between the artistic-cultural collectives is notorious, from the sharing of physical environment to the exchange of experiences. Conclusion: Ceilândia-DF is a large territory and has an enormous artistic and cultural representation in local and national spheres, which makes us wonder how much this scenario can be exported to other places. It is identified that the periphery culture is present and resistant among the artistic-cultural collectives. Collectives have several common characteristics that permeate and share rap culture. They present the proposal to contribute and encourage knowledge for the fight for the rights of the young, besides offering greater opportunities, autonomy and respect through the production of art and culture. |
